This place really has 5 star customer service

Recently stopped in to get some tools as I had a small get together to Bartend, about 130 people.

All the other yelp reviews are Correct! This place really has 5 star customer service, and I truly appreciated the hands on assistance from Tina who helped me find EVERYTHING and who was genuinely cool people.

Needless to say I will be coming back!

They have everything and everyone is super friendly. It was a little hard to find but once I did I was satisfied. Bartending supplies are usually hard to find unless you order on line. So needles to say I will be coming back!

Started putting a bar together at home and I came across this place. They have all the things to truly take your home bar to the next level. Not novelty, but the real deal you see at bars and restaurants. Looks like they cater to the restaurant industry, small bars and personal bar service companies. For me it’s the perfect place to go for those extra things. They have all the tools you ever need.

Found everything I needed.

Perfect customer service, found everything I needed to get started with my bar tending right here. The prices were perfect and right up my alley for a budget. Will be coming back soon

More than satisfied customer!

Dick’s made it super easy for me to put together my bartending kit in a last-minute situation. My kit got lost in the mail and I didn’t have enough time to order online, so I ventured down to Inglewood. Dick’s had everything I needed, and all of the staff was helpful and friendly. In fact, Anna guided me to the cheaper options and even have me a free gift! So I bought more things and with the help of a Yelp! Deal, I STILL didn’t pay more than $30… 2 shaker tins, 2 strainers, muddler, can/bottle opener, bar spoon, cutting board, jigger, 12-pack metal pour spouts, 2 store-n-pours, & ice scoop! And a thank you chocolate on top. More than satisfied customer!

AWESOME place and customer service!

I didn’t realize they closed at 4pm ~ yet they let me get what I needed thankfully! Mother/Daughter duo were sooo incredibly awesome!!! DEFINITELY recommend this place!

This is the place to buy what you need

Great costumer service, especially Tina. She showed me what all the stuff are. And she showed me what the good prices are. This is the place to buy what you need if you have any events or parties etc. The location might confuse you because they don’t have a sign, but they are located next to Grainger. Ask the people that works at Grainger and they’ll show you the way.

NICEST people in Los Angeles

So, [the] women at the front may be the NICEST people in Los Angeles. So genuinely helpful and happy. They have me a choice to pick one bag out of three as a gift before I left. The supple was good enough for your basic bar kit.

Awesome place!!!! I wanted to get a little bar set for myself and I found everything I needed there. Super affordable as well and also very friendly. The place is a little hidden so look for the address not the name. I parked in their back lot and I found a little sign with their name on it. The back looks like a warehouse for something totally different rather than bar supplies but if you ask the workers they’re super friendly and direct you to the right place. I am definitely going to go back for my bar needs!!!

Dick’s has it

Doing an internet search I just happened to stumble upon this little gem. I just want to say how awesome Dicks Bar Supply is. It is in an area that is easily accessible off the 405 where it meets the 105 freeway. There is not much street parking but they have a parking lot in the back they share with granger I believe.

I walked right in the front door into a small lobby area that showcases the syrups they sell as well as glassware and other items.I was greeted by Anita who was extremely helpful and nice. Right away I mentioned what I needed and they took me into the back show rooms where they had a stock of just an insane amount of restaurant and bar supplies.

I purchased about 6 pint glasses, 3 julep strainers, 3 mixing spoons, and claret bottle. The total price was about 18 dollars! What a great deal seeing that if I had ordered from other online suppliers shipping would have cost almost the same as what I paid for everything. I no longer need to hunt online to find the best deals, Dicks has it. I recommend checking them out. I will go there from now on for all my bar supply needs.
